Collegiate urbanism by Grenfell Architecture

While most American municipalities banned walkable urbanism decades ago, college towns remain some of the few places in America that are navigable by foot.

This design from Grenfell Architecture turns a street at Hendrix College in Conway, AR into a walkable community with abundant greenspace and missing middle housing.
