Here in the Triangle, the need for more homes is personal. Many endure long commutes, traveling to jobs located where housing is unattainable. Families struggle to stay near schools. Young people are priced out of communities where they grew up, where their aging parents still live. Seniors search for stability on a fixed income. People with low incomes are priced out of shelter entirely. The cost of doing nothing is high, and the window for meaningful action is now.

CITYBUILDER advocates for better housing policy, more transparent public discourse, and a region where all neighbors are welcome. We fight every day so the people who live here have the homes they need.
