Chapel Hill Begins Discussion of Town’s LUMO Rewrite
Tarheels on a tear: After passing the town’s first significant housing reforms in decades, Chapel Hill town council is gearing up to rewrite its 20-year-old Land Use Management Ordinance (LUMO). Council recently released a draft of the new LUMO, which will dictate zoning and development throughout the town for decades to come.
